From a family of plants called the Mallow
Cotton is the most famous and common textile fibre used worldwide. It is used from apparel ware, home textiles to mattress ticking. This fibre comes from a family of plants called the Mallow and can get 2m tall.
Cotton is considered organic when it grows from a plant without genetic modification, and farmers do not use toxic synthetic insecticides, herbicides or fungicides.
